• On the front lines
Rick brings a depth of experience in real estate sales and marketing,
community development and product design. With a focus on the
customer’s needs and an eye toward innovation in designs
and materials, Rick works to satisfy clients and continually
improve our product.
• At the office
Rick keeps the business running smoothly by managing financing,
contracts, bids, schedules and more. He works to deliver on
promises made to customers, financers and developers.
• On the job site
Rick sets high standards for doing things right the first time
and delivering houses that are built better. Here’s where
his creative side comes into play to make improvements throughout
the building process. You can expect clean, organized job sites
from day one through your final pre-settlement demonstration.
