Meet the Founder Rick Savino |

RSavino Homes was founded in 2003 by Rick Savino, a Tidewater
native with family roots in real estate and land development.
Rick is one of a select group of only 2,000 Professional Builders
nationwide who have earned the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB)
designation, identifying him as one of the Building Industry’s
top professionals.
Rick gained his experience working for a national home builder
in the Northern Virginia area where his concentration focused
on estate home building. Rick brings that experience to bear
when it comes to using innovative building techniques and products,
as well as adhering to deadlines. The success of his firm is
based on complementary skills that come together in the delivery
of a home, and a shared vision of the process and results. At
the same time, he is passionate about getting to know all his
customers, and working closely with them to deliver results.
